Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Shipping Policy
All orders for product that is currently in-stock will be shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm Pacific Time. A signature will be required for delivery for all orders that are $150.00 or more, while no signature will be required for orders less than $150.
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
International Shipping Rates
In addition to what is stated under “Shipping Rates,” Please discover your country’s custom costs, duties, and taxes as those are potential additional costs charged by your country. These costs vary by country and are separate from your purchase made with Darton International.
Stolen Packages/Deliveries
Darton International will not be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen. Orders less than $150.00 are shipped without a signature required (orders $150.00 or more are sent with a signature required upon delivery), and it is the buyer’s responsibility to have orders sent to a safe address where they will be able to receive shipment. We will only deliver shipment to the address verified on your PayPal address.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
